Principle of high-moisture material dryer
The equipment is designed with the concurrent-flow drying process, especially suitable for the fast drying of high-moisture materials needing to preserve nutrition, and can achieve the purposes of drying, sterilization, deodorization and nutrition preservation at one time. The cylinder of the dryer is provided with a high-speed rotating crushing device which can increase the contact area between materials and drying medium. Some unique design in the equipment can prevent materials from adhering to the operation panel and the cylinder wall, and achieve good insulation and sealing performance with much higher thermal efficiency compared with general cylinder dryers.
